Electronic keycodes will be issued after full payment plus the cleaning deposit is received.
The code will be valid only from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival until noon on day of departure.
Check-in is anytime after 3 p.m.
Check-out is by noon on day of departure
Cleaning
This is a housekeeping cabin and you are expected to clean up after yourself.
This includes washing the linens and making up the beds without linens, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming the floor
and leaving the cabin as it was when you arrived.
The cleaning deposit will be refunded after the unit has been satisfactorily inspected for cleanliness and damages and is deemed to be in 'ready to rent' condition.
Deposits and Payment
A deposit equal to 50% of the lodging rate is required to hold your reservation. Payment in full is required as follows:
For stays of 14 nights or less... Balance Due 30 days prior to check-in
For stays of 15 to 21 nights... Balance Due 60 days prior to check-in
For stays of 22 to 30 nights... Balance Due 90 days prior to check-in
For stays of more than 30 nights... Balance Due 120 days prior to check-in
Refunds
A reservation deposit equal to 50% of the stay is required, this deposit may be refunded according to the policy below.
In all cases there is a minimum $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
If cancellation is made prior to Balance Due date (see 'Deposits and Payment' above):
Entire deposit, excluding $50, will be refunded.
Any amounts greater than the 50% deposit will also be refunded.
If cancellation is made ON or AFTER the Balance Due date (see 'Deposits and Payment' above):
Only amounts in excess of the 50% reservation deposit are refundable.
50% reservation deposit is forfeited.
If full payment is not received by the Balance Due date (see 'Deposits and Payment' above):
Only amounts in excess of the 50% reservation deposit are refundable.
50% reservation deposit is forfeited.
Checklists
A binder of these policies and checklists will be available for reference in the cabin. The binder includes the Cleaning Checklist, Cabin Startup/Shutdown procedures, woodstove use, as well as emergency information and management contact numbers.
